Evolution of an Empty Nest offers personal development coaching services, digital downloads, and mindset resources designed to support women navigating life after motherhood. Coaching sessions are conducted virtually and may include live video meetings, email support, downloadable materials, and reflective exercises.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

The coaching services provided are not therapy, counseling, or medical advice. Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused process designed to support personal growth. Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results. Amie does not guarantee outcomes and cannot be held liable for personal or professional decisions made based on coaching guidance.

3. Eligibility

By using this website and purchasing services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

4. Payment & Billing

All coaching packages and digital products must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Payment is securely processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information.

5. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services and coaching sessions, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any coaching packages or digital downloads. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.

6. Scheduling & Rescheduling

For coaching packages, clients must schedule sessions using the provided booking system. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions not canceled or rescheduled within that window may be forfeited without refund.

All content provided through Evolution of an Empty Nest—coaching materials, downloads, tools, graphics, and written content—is the intellectual property of Amie and may not be reproduced, repackaged, or resold without written consent.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected. Personal information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law. You agree not to record sessions or share coaching materials without permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
